Okay so the bully is the new villain. I actually didnt notice that at first. For once the disguise actually tricked me. Also she already knows Amy is a Sailor Scout. Thats not good.

Yep they are turning on the other Scouts for real. To either de-power Serena or to flat out kill her. Its pretty messed up.
